Minimum order 25 euros.
Shipping to Spain: the orders will be sent through the delivery service company ChronoExpres and the delivery time is 24 h during working days. Postage included ( 7 euros in case of returns). Baleares, Canarias, Ceuta and Melilla: 7 Euros.
Shipping to Portugal: the orders will be sent through the delivery service company ChronoExpres and the delivery time is from 24/48 h during working days for orders placed before 2 pm. Delivery charges: 7 euros.
Shipping to Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Greece, Netherlands, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Monaco, United Kingdom y Sweden: the orders will be sent through the delivery service DHL EXPRESS WORLDWIDE and the estimated delivery time is 24 h working days for orders placed before 2 pm. Delivery charges: 7 euros.
Shipping to other european countries (Switzerland, Liechtenstein, San Marino...): the orders will be sent through the delivery service DHL EXPRESS WORLDWIDE and the estimated delivery time is 48 h working days for orders placed before 2 pm. Delivery charges: 12 euros.

Shipping to Bulgaria, Cyprus, Slovakia, Slovenia, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Czech Rep. y Romania: the orders will be sent through the delivery service DHL EXPRESS WORLDWIDE and the estimated delivery time is 72 h working days for orders placed before 2 pm. Delivery charges: 20 euros.
In no case, these prices will include the possible customs tariffs and taxes of each country.
The delivery time will be conditioned to available stock, although in most cases we will have items available for immediate delivery. If for some reason delivery time requires extension you will be informed by e-mail or telephone. If for any reason the shipping company is unable to complete delivery to the address given by you and the parcel is returned to us, we can refund the amount corresponding to the item, but not the delivery charges. The same would apply if the delivery has been already completed and you decide to cancel the order.
It is essential to provide a valid postal address and an actual phone number so the delivery company can make a satisfactory delivery.
METHODS OF PAYMENT
In the e-shop you can pay by credit card, through the SERVIRED safe payment gateway (recommended), also via PayPal and pay on delivery. None of the client’s personal data relative to payment will be stored in our system.
RETURNS
You will have 7 days from the delivery date to return the purchased item without expenses, solely and exclusively in the following cases: -The product is defective or it has been damaged in the delivery. -You have received a different model to the one purchased. In these situations we will bear the cost derived from the delivery from your residence to our head office, as well as the new delivery of the item substituted by other in perfect condition. These are the only two cases in which we bear ALL the cost. In all other cases, the delivery charges from your residence to our head office (7 euros for Spain, shipping taxes for other countries) will be deducted from the amount to be returned. For the return of any item, it will be essential to be sent in its original packaging along with all the documentation: instruction book, manufacturer’s guarantee, etc. Needless to say, the glasses should be in perfect condition, not showing any sign of having been used, however slight.

. This will be necessary in order for you to avoid paying delivery charges (only in the cases described above). When receiving our response you will have to send the item through Chrono Exprés to our head office. You will receive an authorization number and the rest of the instructions required before starting the procedure. If possible, try to use the smallest parcel, use the same box in which you received the order. In case of any amount to be returned, this will be done in the same way as it was paid. All expenses incurred by failure to follow these instructions will be deducted from the amount to be returned. No type of operation (with the exception of guarantees) related to the e-shop will be made in the Roberto Martín stores.

All the glasses on sale in our e-shop are 100% authentic, they are delivered in their official package along with all the documentation provided by the manufacturer. All items are guaranteed for two years and we ourselves will be managing these guarantees. With each delivery we provide you with a letter giving details about the most frequent cases for which glasses are sent under guarantee and the coverage that is offered. We are committed to resolving any technical problems you have with your glasses in the shortest possible time. Everyday experience in our 25 shops is our guarantee.

In the event of your case being approved by our technicians, you will be provided with all the necessary information in order to send your glasses. To avoid expenses as well as to shorten time, we suggest you, if you have the opportunity, to visit any of the Roberto Martín shops to process the guarantee or to proceed the reparation of your glasses by our shop assistants; in this case, take with you the order form you received along with your delivery.
